Account and Data
- How do I reset my password? Use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in screen. A reset email will be sent to the address on file.
- Is my data backed up? Your round data is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud when you are signed in. You will not lose data if you switch devices.
- How do I delete my account? Email us at support@sandiron.golf and we will process your request within 30 days.
The App
- Which devices are supported? Sand Iron runs on iOS 14 and later.
- Does the app work offline? Yes. All core features work without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
- How do I report a bug? Email support@sandiron.golf with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
