The app stores your round data, scores, and strokes gained calculations. This data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and, when you are signed in, synced to our cloud servers for backup and cross-device access.

Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to the Saturday Morning Dispatch, we collect your email address to deliver the newsletter.

Automatically Collected Information

• Website Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access sandiron.golf, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time spent on pages.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to ensure our website functions properly. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

What We Do Not Do

Cloud Sync

When signed in, your data is backed up to our servers so you can access it from multiple devices. Cloud data is stored on infrastructure hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: For secure account sign-in (operated by Google)
• DigitalOcean: For cloud server hosting
• Vercel: For website hosting
